We strive to deliver high-quality designs that meet your expectations. If you have concerns or require revisions, our team will work closely with you according to the revision terms outlined in your selected package.
1. General Policy
At DesignMyMenu, we are committed to delivering high-quality designs and services. However, refunds are handled according to the stage of the project and type of service purchased done in approx. 48 to 72 working hours.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before Project Start: Full refunds are available if the project has not yet commenced.
- During Project: Partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed up to that point.
- After Completion & Delivery: Refunds are generally not available once the final design files have been delivered, as work has been completed and finalized.
3. Revision Requests
We offer unlimited revisions (or as per the package) to ensure client satisfaction. Most issues or concerns can be resolved through revisions without needing a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Custom designs that have been delivered and accepted by the client.
- Services purchased as add-ons (e.g., social media kit, extra revisions) once work has started.
- Change of mind after final approval.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@designmymenu.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Adjustments & Credit
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer store credit or project adjustments to ensure you receive value from your purchase.
